EasyTarget operates the website at easytarget.com.ua. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. It does not replace a separate contract, NDA, or data-processing agreement agreed for a client project.
Data we may receive
We may receive your name, email address, and the information you choose to send when you contact us by email, Telegram, LinkedIn, or book a call through Calendly. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website use. Analytics is loaded after an interaction with the site or an idle delay.
We do not ask visitors to create an account or make payments on this website.
Why we use data
We use contact details and enquiry information to reply, discuss a potential engagement, prepare a proposal, and maintain the security and performance of the website. We use analytics to improve content and website usability.
Services that may process data
The website links to and may direct you to third-party services such as Google Analytics, Calendly, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Cloudflare. Those providers process data under their own privacy notices. Do not send confidential client information through public website forms or social-network messages.
Threads and Meta data
EasyTarget operates the Threads account @easytarget.com.ua and uses the official Threads API (Meta). Through it we publish our own content, reply to comments under our own posts, and read public posts on topics related to our work (business automation, chatbots, AI, advertising) to understand what is being discussed and, where relevant, to give a short on-topic reply from our own account.
From public posts we store the text, username, link, date and engagement counts, for working purposes only and for no longer than 30 days, after which the data is deleted automatically. We do not sell or share this data, do not build profiles of individuals, do not use it to train AI models and do not contact people outside Threads. Some posts and replies are prepared by an AI assistant under EasyTarget’s control.
To request access to or deletion of data about you, write to blagoveshchenskyivan@gmail.com; we reply within 7 days. We also act on data-deletion notifications sent by Meta.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a business record, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate the website or communication channels, or where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal data that you have provided to us. You can also manage analytics cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your location, additional data-protection rights may apply.
